My family was relocating from FL, and my first interaction w Clement Storage was over the phone - the entire staff was just amazing. Shout out to Garrison & Julie - I can’t thank them enough for accommodating all our out-of-town needs and excellent customer care. The facility is very secure - I always feel safe, and I know my property is protected. We’ve used Clement to store a cargo trailer, and later, we rented a storage “container” - which was clean, water tight and well insulated. Even after a year-and-a-half of renting with Clement, Garrison still goes above and beyond with his personable customer service and attention to detail. He has been a valuable asset to us, not only with doing his job well, but sharing his knowledge of the surrounding area. I am so glad he was the first person we met in Spartanburg and Clement Storage was our first stop - I recommend their services from start-to-finish 100% without any reservation.

Garrison was extremely helpful— very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I needed, answered all my questions, and made insightful suggestions.
