Due to this facility’s recent renovations and upgrades, we will not allow our spaces here to be used by auto mechanics.

Although we do not provide WiFi, tenants where there are offices do have hookups for internet access if they choose to set it up for themselves in office.

Our Southport location is currently not gated, although it is well lit, and there is 24/7 video surveillance.
